VIDEO:KENYANS IN DIASPORA PAY TRIBUTE TO GARISSA 147

A self-motivated work-out group of 4 ladies and 4 men in Lowell, Massachusetts, USA ,came together to run for 47 minutes on a treadmill to honor the 147 who were killed in Garissa, Kenya.
The group of friends usually work out together and felt the need to express their deep sorrow and solidarity to the friends, families and the nation currently mourning the loss of the 147 students and 166 missing persons.

The group met on on Wednesday, 15th 2015 to express solidarity in their own way, by flexing their muscles and running “feeling the pain” for 47 minutes at the Choice Fitness Studio in Lowell,Massachusetts.
This is just one of the many events the group has lined up and planning to put together, to pay tribute to the #Garissa147 and 166 Persons Misssing.On 2 April 2015, gunmen stormed the Garissa University College in Garissa,Kenya, killing at least 150 people,and injuring more than 79 Students.
