While responding to demands by NASA that the commission declares Raila the winner, the electoral body also pointed out glaring errors in a document NASA claims shows its candidate is the winner.
The Opposition had on Thursday August 10 said it had received confidential information from a source within the IEBC which indicated Raila was ahead with more than 8 million votes while president Uhuru Kenyatta had 7 million.
