Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga addresses the Luo Council of Elders in Kisumu where he declared his willingness to testify in favour of DP William Ruto if requested. Raila however, stated that the deputy president has not yet approached him officially over the same.He stressed that ODM was not involved in any way during the 2007/2008 post-election violence that left many people dead others displaced. Raila was speaking in Kisumu Sunday afternoon where he met Luo Council of Elders at Hillside Hotel.
