Jennifer Karina is an entrepreneur, an accomplished Motivational Speaker, Life Coach and Author of the book – “Marriage Built to Last” and Healing Beyond Betrayal
She is a columnist in leading dailies and empowers many individuals, through her gift of writing, mentorship, coaching, training, radio and TV shows. She is the founder and C.E.O. of Anchor – Consult. She is a Director of various companies both in the private and public sector and also serves as the Chief Commissioner of the Kenya Girl Guides Association a value based organization whose mission is to “To provide opportunities for girls and young women to develop their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world”.
Jennifer’s professional training is in Business Administration and Counseling Psychology. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Durham University, New Castle, UK and is pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology.
She is passionate about uplifting the lives of others and believes her purpose in life is to positively influence the world by stimulating, equipping, empowering and encouraging individuals, particularly young women, for better living. The testimony of those she has empowered, both in the private and public sector is a clear reflection of the impact that she continues to make in the area of relationships and personal development in today’s generation.

Jennifer holds the view that relationships are extremely important and ought to be nurtured at every developmental stage; transitions from childhood to adulthood, career, and relationships both at the workplace and at home. Jennifer believes that the institution of marriage is under attack and must be protected. She acknowledges that marriage is a gift from God and a core value for mankind. It should be harnessed, treasured and protected always.
She is a believer that marriage is a lifetime commitment and her vision is to encourage those preparing to get married to do so with the right understanding while influencing those in marriage to thrive and cherish their relationships. In her opinion, one cannot consider themselves successful by succeeding in only a certain aspect of life.
If the family aspect is neglected, it will adversely affect one’s status and consequently affect their career, social status and spiritual life.

Jennifer is a mother of 3 married children and 4 grandchildren.
