PLEASE SPONSOR A POOR CHILD IN KENYA GO TO SECONDARU SCHOOL

Let me start by thanking all the sponsors who have sponsored poor children in Kenya in last 12 years through my charity. Over 300 children have benefited. Some have proceeded/finished universities like the Isaiah Mwaura above who graduated last year, while others have joined colleges or their lives improved in many ways after having a chance to go secondary school. Last year alone 32 children got sponsored.

Special thanks to MISTERSEED who has been my biggest supporter. Your website has put smiles on many poor children and changed their destiny.

I would like to thank Jane in California who has helped creat and updates the website. A BIG appreciation to a wonderful lady in Kenya Monica Ngundo who gets these children to school by doing their shopping, taking them to school and pays most of the fees. She also monitors the children over ths 4 years and pays fees every term as well as taking sponsors around schools when they visit Kenya – her photo above.

Below is part of list and photos I have for children still at home due to lack of fees. The gorvenment has initiated free secondary education but, “It isn’t going too well”. Some of the children have gone to school with only uniforms and no fees only to be sent home for fees within weeks. The end result is dropping out in time, keeping in mind some parents cannot even afford the uniforms forget fees. Bright children with great potential also ending up in local day secondary schools where there isn’t facilities to equip them for universities.

Needing sponsorships are:-

1. Purity Muthoni 281/500
2. Isaac Mwangi 288/500
3. Mary Wairimu 289/500

15. David Kariuki 328/500
16 Mary Nyanguthie 328/500
