Jubilee Cleared Kalonzo’s Wife Hospital Bill, MP Moses Kuria Claims
Jubilee helped settle Kalonzo Musyoka’s wife, Pauline hospital bills when she was admitted at a hospital in Germany, Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria now claims.
Pauline, who has been sick since 2015 had been flown to Germany for specialized treatment and only returned to the country last week after about 3-month stay with her husband.
However, in what appeared to be an attack on the Wiper leader’s hard stand on Jubilee government, Kuria said Kalonzo seemed not to appreciate the good things Jubilee has done to him.
“Kalonzo has a right to compete to inherit Raila’s kingdom. But he forgets that while he was away, Jubilee paid for his wife’s bills,” he wrote on his Facebook page on Saturday.
Kuria further claims that the ruling party was behind Kalonzo’s son, Kennedy election to the East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA).
“Jubilee also ensured that his son Kennedy got a nomination to East African Legislative Assembly.”
Speaking a day after he jetted back to the country, Kalonzo warned President Kenyatta that Raila and him would take Oath of Office if he refuses to dialogue on ending electoral fraud.
“I am telling my brother Uhuru Kenyatta if he abdicates the responsibility of uniting this nation, he should not blame Raila and Kalonzo when we say there will be a swearing in ceremony,” He said on Thursday.
“If they don’t want talks on how to ensure the electoral malpractices are finished then they can be sure Raila and Kalonzo will be sworn in,” The Wiper leader added.
There has been reports that Jubilee has been luring NASA co-principals Kalonzo and Musalia Mudavadi to their side as one of the strategies to weaken the opposition outfit, which has vowed not to recognise Kenyatta as President.
