Former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama Loses His Daughter
The family of former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama is mourning the death of his daughter Janet Nthoki Nduya.
On Tuesday, Deputy President William Ruto sent a message of condolence to the family of Muthama, who serves as the Chairman of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party. Muthama is also the UDA candidate for the Machakos gubernatorial race in the August 9th elections.
Ruto described Nthoki as a diligent, responsible, and honest person who will be remembered for her dependability.
“Our love and prayers to UDA Chairman Johnson Muthama for the loss of his dear daughter Janet Nthoki Nduya. She was diligent, responsible and honest lady who will be fondly remembered for her kindness and dependability,” Ruto wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.
“May the family, relatives and friends find strength to get through this pain. Rest In Peace, Janet.”
Ruto and the UDA Party did not announce the cause of her death. Nthoki will be laid to rest at the family’s home in Tala, Machakos County on Monday.
