The family of Irene Wanjiku Chege and James Mwangi of Methuen,Massachusetts cordially invite you for Prayers and fund raising in aid of Mrs Dorcas Chege ( Irene’s mum) who is currently hospitalized at MP Shah Hospital in Kenya.

The bill currently stands at 3 million Kenya shillings/over  USD $30,000 and Mrs Dorcas Chege, continues to receive critical care at the Hospital after the double brain surgery.

Mrs Dorcas Chege  earlier this year started complaining  severe headaches, dizziness, poor hand coordination  and difficulty speaking.

She was then rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with a clot in her brain. After a couple of surgeries the Doctors were sucessfully able to remove the blood clot from her brain and she  started  recuperating well and was back to her normal self.

After a couple of weeks, she slowly developed a huge swelling on her forehead  and had to seek medical attention due to pain and  help to reduce the swelling and drain the excess water or fluid in her head.

She had to go through another surgery at the hospital. This has been ongoing well and is very painful and a huge financial burden and constrain on the family back here in USA and at home.

Family and friends are appealing to all and especially the Kenyan community  to stand in prayer with the family and help financially to cater for the current medical expenses at the Hospital.

A Fundraiser and Prayers have been planned and scheduled  on  August 30th,2015  starting 3pm at their home,in Methuen.

Address is 75 Chippy LN, Methuen,Massachusetts.

Please pass the word around and lets make it happen for Mrs Dorcas Chege. All are Invited!!
