VIDEO: Over $70,000 raised for the late Jeremiah Ndegwa Karanja in Lowell, MA

 They turned out in their numbers and, in what is perhaps a record breaking act, raised over $70,000 towards the funeral of the late Jeremiah Ndegwa Karanja.

The fundraiser was held on Sunday the 21st of June, 2015 at Neema PCEA Church in Lowell Massachusetts.

Fundraiser page which raised $11,525

It was said that once someone is dead there is no longer a resumé but a legacy. Jeremiah Ndegwa Karanja left a legacy of service to the community, of love to God and to thy neighbor. If we also live in love to God and to man, we shall meet again.

Mr Karanja, who was a PhD student at the University at Buffalo, NY., was the son of Jonathan Karanja & Esther Wambũi Karanja. A brother to Tabitha Waithĩra Karanja & Jane Njeri Karanja and a nephew to Frashiah Gĩtau, Isabella Gĩtau all of lowell MA.
