UBRICA is focused on development of world class medical park and services, coupled with research and development capability in Africa, within Kenya.
This project is known as UBRICA ONE, a proposed master-planned all-inclusive development of a Biotech and Medical technology park to be built on 4,000 acre Kedong Ng’ombe in Maai Mahiu, Nakuru County. The land is located between Longonot Satellite Station and Mt. Suswa on B3, towards Narok.
