Kenyan Woman Dies after Being Struck By a Vehiclein Newburyport, Massachusetts
A Kenyan woman died after being hit by an SUV in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
According to police, Mercy Wamaitha Kimani, 41, was struck by an SUV while walking along Low Street in Newburyport on June 24 around 9pm. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Authorities are still investigating the accident, but say the SUV driver remained at the scene.
