Investors At Amani Ridge | The Place Of Peace Enjoy Amenities
Optiven Limited’s Real Estate premier project Amani Ridge | The Place of Peace is set to become the desirable residence for investors following the upgrade of the value additions at the Kiambu-based project. According to Wachiuri, ‘Amani Ridge | The Place of Peace is now taking off to bring to life the transformative value additions that we promised our customers at the launch of the project in 2018’. Speaking at the project, Wachiuri added that: ‘Our customers trusted us to ensure that greening of the project takes place and I am glad to see that the trees we planted during the International Day of Forests 2019 have grown and continue to green the project’.
Speaking at the event, Director of Projects, Mr. Charles Muraguri said that ‘The groundbreaking will pave way for the construction not only of the gate but the wall as well. We are keen to meet and even surpass our part of the bargain in ensuring that all the value additions are implemented in the shortest time possible.’ Muraguri assured on the quality of work saying it would be high quality and added that the construction wouldkick off in August 2019 and it is anticipated to be ready before the end of the year.
