Former Kenyan Rugby international Andrew Wekesa killed

Three people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Former Kenyan Rugby international player and Homeboyz RFC forward Andrew Wekesa.

The Rugby Player was last seen alive on Sunday night in Mlolongo, Machakos County.

It is understood there was a fight involving Wekesa and another group of people outside a club before being fatally stabbed in the chest.

The 25 year old suffered sharp-force trauma and was taken to Shalom Hospital in Athi River, where he was pronounced dead.

Wekesa who recently graduated from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology was on his way to Kitengela home when he met his death.
