Please join us for our 1st Town Hall Zoom meeting

“Serving our community in COVID-19 Times, Faith Leaders edition” on Thursday April 30th at 8:00 a.m. EST.

Panelists will include…

  • Susan West Levine – Lowell CHC’s Chief Executive Officer
  • Randi Berkowitz – Chief Medical Officer
  • Elizabeth Hale – Chief of Clinical Services
  • Sheila Och – Chief of Community Health and Policy

Panelists will discuss how the Health Center is responding to COVID-19, share curre nt updates,  and how we continue to stay connected to our communities by:

  • Transforming how we see patients using Telehealth and other technology
  • Collaborating with local and state health partners to rapidly identify COVID-19 patients and prevent disease spread
  • Using frontline health workers to provide culturally appropriate health care and resources in new ways

Upon registration, you will be invited to submit questions you may have for the panelists during the Town Hall.

We hope to see you on Thursday, April 30th at 8:00 a.m.
