African Diaspora Gospel Singers Sought for Singing Competition
Chelsea, Massachusetts – February 16, 2018: African Diaspora Gospel Singers based in New England are getting a chance at fame. (http://www.imbadiaspora.org)
Imba Diaspora is an American Idol style Gospel singing competition held every year in North Carolina. Regional competitions are currently underway. New England Auditions will be held on Saturday, February 24th, 2018 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Chelsea, MA.
Winners from the New England contest will be flown to North Carolina to compete with other regional finalists in the Finals. Prizes for finalists include: $20,000 cash, 4WD car, Full music and video recording contract, 40-inch flat screen TV, and a personal wall of fame on our social media accounts.
Imba means Sing in Swahili. While the competition focuses on identifying and recognizing African singers in the USA and Canada. It also seeks to raise awareness about Autism. It achieves this by raising funds for Magufulika International Foundation.
Magufulika International Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization registered with State of North Carolina, a Public Charity under IRC section 501(C)(3).
