SOUTH BEND — One person was killed about 7:30 a.m.
Thursday on the St. Joseph Valley Parkway in an accident between a semi-truck and a van,
according to St. Joseph County Police dispatch.
Dorcas N. Kiruki, 37, of Mishawaka was identified by the
