Unending Complaints About Zuku Internet Service

Recently, Wanachi Group-owned Zuku was in the media for all the positive reasons having retaken its top position in providing fixed internet services to Kenyans.

 

While Zuku now commands over 35 per cent of the market in Kenya, complaints about its deteroriating services fill the social media sphere.

The contradiction of the first paragraph and the second one stems from the incessant saying that, ‘better the devil you know than the angle you dont know’.

The Sector Statistics report from the Communications Authority of Kenya that had placed Zuku at the top gaining over 23,000 clients to reach 175,433 has often called out service providers for their inequalities, these shortcoming often don’t see the light of the day.

SInce the announcement by the government that people shoudl work from home, many have been complaining about the unreliable internet services and thus Zuku, being the bigget provider followed by Safaricom will obviously take the wrath of complains.

The complaints range frm slow speed, lack of internet, and poor customer sevirce.
