Niece to Margaret Muya, Nancy Njuguna, Pauline Njuguna. Sister-in law to: Norman Mbaluka, Mary Hardiman, Tabitha Mutunga and Jennifer Mutunga. Cousin to Wanja Muya, Eric Muya and Ngina Muya.
