This is how Jubilee nominations will be conducted

The highly anticipated Jubilee Party nominations have been postponed a day to the D-day – No reason has been given on why the anticipated nominations have been postponed – On Wednesday, April 19, Jubilee announced changes on the nomination dates to April 21 and April 25 – There are fears the party is battling to avoid nomination debacles similar to those experienced by ODM – The primaries are billed to be the party’s strongest acid test as loyalists and friends of Uhuru and William Ruto prepare to go against each other Jubilee party has opted to postpone the Friday, April 21 primaries to Monday 24, April 2017. No reason has been given yet on why the anticipated nominations have been postponed but the party has been under immense pressure to deliver free, fair and credible nominations.

After the chaotic ODM nominations which has seen the exercise cancelled in some areas, in comes the Jubilee primaries – The exercise will be held from Friday April 21 and is expected to be hotly contested President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee party has released its nomination timetable for various counties. The hotly contested primaries will take place in two parts as candidates fight it out to clinch the party ticket ahead of the August 8 elections. According to the Jubilee party elections board, 22 counties will hold the primaries on April 21 and the rest on April 25.
