Due to some unforeseeable circumstances the well hyped Hon.Moses Kuria Townhall Meetings has been cancelled!
In a draft letter sent to Samrack Media:Sorry Event Cancelled!”He said he is extremely tired and needs to rest and therefore cancelled all the US Meet the People Tour Events” Thanks
He was to tour and meet Kenyans in DC,Atlanta & Boston areas.
The well publicized meetings had elicited mixed feelings among the Diaspora.However,most Kenyans were willing to give him a listening ear and perhaps get a chance to grill him on his once in awhile misunderstood political utterances at various political rallies in Kenya.
On word that the meetings have been cancelled quite a number of Kenyans were disappointed and were looking forward to pay or even take the day off to come and meet the MP for Gatundu North Hon.Moses Kuria who others even termed as their “HERO” On the other hand others were relieved that he was able to cancel the meeting as they were not sure of his political agenda during these meetings.
This is not the first time a high profile Kenya diaspora meet the people tour roadshow has been cancelled few day to the event.Now Hon.Moses Kuria falls in these category of Diaspora event cancelled; others notably are Hon.R.Tuju,MigunaMiguna and other Kenya County officials
