By Daniel Karanja
This book explores the development of Kenya’s boundaries with her neighbors, namely; Uganda, Tanzania, Somalia, Ethiopia and South Sudan.
It discusses the history and unique circumstances relevant to each boundary and the challenges and changes each one has undergone.
In addition to those boundaries, there is a section on the coastal strip which from time to time does become a focus of attention due to attempts by some people to have it secede from Kenya.
This overall subject is a good example of how our history is never too far from the present.
