—————
Gift Mumbi Kamau, a third-year student at the Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri, has been missing since Thursday, March 30, 2017. She is the daughter of Sammy and Catherine Kamau of Florissant, Missouri.
Our community is rallying around her family to comfort and support them as much as we can while the authorities continue their investigations. We have organized volunteers to put out flyers on an ongoing basis, to search the vicinity where Gift was last seen at the Chain of Rocks Bridge, and to support/assist the family with their domestic and financial needs.
Please, we need your assistance in raising funds to defray some of the expenses her family has at this time because they have been unable to work since this unfortunate incident, as they focus on the search for their firstborn child. All funds raised will go directly to the family to assist with their ongoing bills and living expenses, and to help pay for the associated costs of the search for our precious Gift.
Gift has two younger siblings – a little sister and a little brother and they all miss her terribly, as you might imagine. Please, nothing is too little and we appreciate whatever you can do to support the family and the volunteers. Thank you for your generosity.
P.S. The family has approved and authorized this fundraiser as the official and only GoFundMe fundraiser for this effort.
