There was joy and excitement for Beatrice Ihwagi a mother of twins Hanna Ihwagi and Netta Ihwagi as the two walked during the “Pomp and Circumstance”song played at their graduation from Lowell Vocational High School.
The Kenyan Family emigrated from Kenya,East Africa to the US in 2010 and settled in Lowell,Massachusetts.
Hanna Ihwagi & Netta Ihwagi were born only ten minutes apart but have since been inseparable.
Their strong bond have helped them get through High school despite their many challenges they have been through like adjusting and settling in a new country and seeing their mother almost incapacitated by an illness.
Beatrice Ihwagi(mother) recently recovered from a kidney transplant, is celebrating the daughters newly achieved academic credentials.
Ambition is high and the sky is the limit,as the jovial twins explore further academic opportunities and interest in the fast growing STEM educational program.
