Kenyan-born Huldah Momanyi Wins Party Nomination for Minnesota House
Huldah Hiltsley Momanyi has won her party’s nomination for the Minnesota House of Representatives, securing a place on the ballot for the general election on 3 November 2026.
Momanyi celebrated the primary victory in a message on social media, thanking voters, campaign volunteers, donors, friends and family for their support. “MAMA WE WON! WE MADE IT!” she wrote, describing the result as a collective achievement.
The victory marks an important step in Momanyi’s political career and makes her a contender for a seat in the Minnesota Legislature. Her campaign has highlighted her background and professional experience, as well as her commitment to representing the interests of her district.
