DEATH AND FUNERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the promotion to glory of Janet Hiro Kibe, who passed away on August 23, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of Newton Kibe Kihara and a loving mother to Samuel Kibe, Philip Kibe, and Rebecca Kibe. She was also a cherished mother-in-law to Anne Kimuhu and Liz Gichuri, and a loving grandmother to her grandchildren.
The family is currently facing significant expenses related to Janet’s final farewell, including an outstanding hospital bill and travel expenses for five family members who will be traveling to Kenya for the funeral. The total anticipated cost, including the hospital bill, funeral expenses, and travel, is approximately $25,000. The family is deeply grateful for any support toward meeting these expenses.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM. The service will be held in person and via Zoom. Family and friends are warmly invited to join us as we come together to remember Janet, celebrate her life, and support the family.
