It is with much sorrow and sympathy that we announce the death of the Mr. Edward MarigiKimungu who passed on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya after along illness bravely born. He hails from Githioro village, Gathugu sub-location, KomothaiLocation in Kiambu County.Edward Marigi is the husband of Florence Marigi of Lowell, and brother to Pharis KariukiKimungu of Hudson, NH.He is also a brother to Peninah Kimungu Jones, Hudson, NH, MargaretWangari Kimungu of Lowell, and Joyce Kimungu of Lowell, MA.He is the father of Julius Ngata Marigi of Lowell, Samuel Ndungu Marigi, Lowell and Jeremiah Njoroge of Nashua, NH. He is a brother in law to Lucy Mumbi Macharia of Lowell.A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Kenyan Community PresbyterianChurch (Ushindi) at 3:00 pm.The family will be traveling next week for the funeral in Kenya.Prayers will also be held daily at Florence Marigi’s residence, 245 18th Street, Dracut, Apt 103 at6:00 pm.We thank God Edward Marigi accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior on Sunday,Dec.27, 2015 to the great joy of his family who surrounded him at his hospital bed.
