For 25 years Dadaab refugee camp in Northern Kenya has been shrouded in mystery. It’s not just the number of refugees being hosted by the country that has remained controversial, but activities in the camps.

Humanitarian aid agencies have grown from one to almost 40 agencies and so have criminal activities, according to the government.
