VIDEO: Man Almost Killed by Chopper Blades As He Begged for Money from Baringo MPs 

A villager had to be dragged on the ground so a chopper carrying Baringo North MP William Cheptumo and his Baringo Central counterpart Sammy Mwaita could depart.

The man was reportedly on a last ditch attempt to beg for money from the two legislators.

At least 8 further men restrained him from running back to the chopper until it was safely in the sky.
