
Obituary Announcement
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Beth Waihiga, of Danvers, Massachusetts, on February 4th, 2026.
Beth was a devoted woman of God and a faithful member of St. Paul Anglican Church in Lawrence. She served the Lord tirelessly, touching countless lives through her love, compassion, and unwavering trust in God’s promises.
She was a cherished wife to David Kagunda; a loving mother to Amos Kagunda, Ephraim Kagunda (Stone), and Jared Kagunda (MC Jared); and a devoted mother-in-law to Susan Njuguna, Jacqueline Kagunda, and Lisbeth Kagunda. Beth was a proud and loving grandmother to Daylen, Jayde, Savannah, Gavin, Jayden, and Jason, all of Massachusetts.
Beth was a beloved sister to Phyllis Waihiga, David Waihiga, Leah Waihiga, Alfred Waihiga, Timothy Waihiga (late), Peter Waihiga (Massachusetts), Sammy Waihiga, Josephine Waihiga, Winnie Waihiga, Moses Waihiga (Texas), Francis Waihiga (Massachusetts), Wanjiru Waihiga (late), Mwaura Waihiga (late), and Hannah Waihiga. She was also a dear aunt, sister-in-law, niece, grandmother, and friend to many.
Her kindness, humility, and steadfast faith made her a pillar of strength to all who knew her.
