Several thousand Africans immigrants and friends from the city of Lowell, other neighboring cities in Massachusetts as well as from far flung regions such as New Jersey congregate at the Sampas Pavilion along Pawtucket Boulevard–on the banks of the Merrimack river– to celebrate the 16th edition of the increasingly popular Lowell African Festival Saturday June 18 2018
