Kenya eyeing sovereign green bond in 2019

The country will need an estimated ninety billion shillings over the next five to ten years to finance green projects in three key sectors…. This is according to a study commissioned by green bond Kenya with support from Kenya bankers and WWF Kenya, which identifies manufacturing, transport and agriculture as sectors holding potential to attract investors.
