Kenya Engages NYPD in Landmark Talks to Shape Nairobi Metropolitan Police Unit
H.E. David K. Kerich joined Hon. Kipchumba Murkomen, Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration, and H.E. Governor Johnson Sakaja in a strategic engagement with the New York Police Department (NYPD) aimed at advancing the establishment of the Nairobi Metropolitan Police Unit.
Facilitated by the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya in Washington, D.C., the meeting brought together the leadership of the National Police Service and the NYPD to explore cooperation in intelligence-led policing, technology integration, community safety, and emergency response coordination.
