Dear Friends and Well-wishers,
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved friend, Margaret Wanjiku Njenga, who was found deceased in her apartment in Lakewood, Washington, on Friday, March 6, 2026. The city coroner is yet to determine the exact date and cause of death.
Margaret, originally from Nakuru, Kenya, will be fondly remembered for her warm spirit, kindness, and the joy she brought to those who had the privilege of knowing her — both socially and professionally. Her sudden passing has deeply saddened our community and all who crossed paths with her.
Margaret is survived by her children, who reside in Kenya. Sadly, they lack the financial means to travel or make arrangements to fulfill their wish of returning their mother’s body home to Kenya for a proper burial.
During this difficult time, we come together as a community to support the family through prayers and financial contributions. Your generosity will help cover the cost of repatriating Margaret’s body to Kenya, honoring her family’s heartfelt wish to lay her to rest in her homeland.
No contribution is too small — every act of kindness will bring comfort and hope to a grieving family far away.
