DPP Noordin Haji and IG NPS Hillary Mutyambai have today met members of the Civil Society to discuss Article 37 

DPP Noordin Haji and IG NPS Hillary Mutyambai have today met members of the Civil Society to discuss Article 37 of the Constitution which deals with right to peaceful assembly, demonstration & picketing. A joint committee has been formed to develop guidelines on the same.
