Court Orders Victoria Ndunge Musyoki to Repay KSh15 Million After Paternity Fraud Against Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jr

According to the Standard, a decade-long paternity dispute between Makueni Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jr and Victoria Ndunge Musyoki was finally resolved with a court ruling exposing a deliberate deception.

Ndunge claimed Mutula fathered her child, successfully securing child support payments totaling KSh15 million. Despite her repeated resistance, court-ordered DNA testing conclusively proved the child was not his.

The court then ordered Ndunge to refund the money paid and sell her land to repay the debt.

After failing to comply, she was arrested and jailed at Lang’ata Women’s Prison. Following negotiations, a consent agreement allowed her release under the condition that she sell her property within 90 days to settle the debt.
