A Magistrate Court has found Omar Lali criminally liable in the death of Tecla Muigai, daughter of Nakuru Senator and Keroche Breweries owner Tabitha Karanja.

The court has recommended the DPP to institute charges against him.

Tecra was 29 years old when she met her death.

She was the daughter of Keroche Breweries Chairman Joseph Karanja and the CEO, Tabitha Karanja.

According to police Lali had said that the late tumbled down the stairs before later changing his account to say she had tripped in the bathroom.

After the fall, Tecra was flown to Nairobi where she died while receiving treatment in a hospital.
