Announcing The Promotion To Glory of Michael Thuo Muiruri
We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Michael Thuo Muiruri, which occurred on 24th December 2025. He hailed from Kamirithu Village, Limuru, Kiambu County and was the beloved husband of the late Lucy Wanjiku Thuo.
He was a loving father to Lawrence Muiruri Thuo, Beatrice Wanjiku Thuo (late), Lucas Karanja Thuo, Leah Njeri Thuo, Joseph Kiragu Thuo, and Veronica Waithera Thuo (Seattle, Washington, USA).
He was a brother to Joseph Kiragu Muiruri (Houston, Texas, USA), Veronica Waithera Ngigi (late), Andrew Mbute Muiruri (late), Paul Choru Muiruri (Seattle, Washington, USA), Esther Njambi Ngige (Wangige), Salome Njeri Njane (Ngorika, Nakuru), Jane Wanjiru Mbogo (Wangige), and Lay Canon Nancy Muiruri (Massachusetts, USA).
Funeral arrangements
The funeral will be held on 31st December 2025. The body will be viewed at Uphome Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place at St. Augustine Catholic Church Gitithia, followed by burial at the family cemetery site in Gitithia, Kiambu County.
