27-year-old police officer attached Tanzania’s anti-graft agency arrested after killing his girlfriend for “refusing to marry him” even after he put her through college. James Paulo shot his lover, Beatha Kafuru, three times in the head killing her on the spot. Incident happened at the suspect’s home in Tunduru, Ruvuma.
