It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Esther Wanja Wachira of Culver City, California, on March 16, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of the late David Wachira Kigathi and the late Alice Wanjiku Wachira, sister to Evan Kigathi Wachira (Kenya) and Ernest Kamau Wachira (California), and niece to Ann Muroki (Lowell, MA), Rose Kariuki (Dracut, MA), and Samuel Kigathi (Seattle, WA).
