My name is Irene Yosei Sawe. The above picture is my brother named *Simon Kipngetich Koskei* born on 1/8/1974. He came to the USA in 1997 and was in touch for a few years until 2002 when his whereabouts was unknown until now. His base was Baton Rouge in Louisiana.

Our investigation has shown he has an active credit and has moved quite a bit. Our mum is constantly crying to see him.
