Rev. Stephen W. Njoroge (Incoming Pastor) IMANI PCEA, LOWELL,MA

Rev. Stephen Njoroge,has been called by Imani PCEA Church, Lowell to serve as its minister. His induction into that position and charge will take place on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 11Am. All are Invited!
Rev. Stephen Wainaina Njoroge was born in Gatundu, Kenya, close to the late President Jomo Kenyatta home. After his A levels, Stephen joined Kericho Teachers’ College. He thereafter worked as a teacher for 9 years before he answered, “the call to ministry”. He did his theological studies at the Presbyterian University in East Africa at Kikuyu, Kenya. He was ordained by the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA), and served in several parishes for a total of thirteen years. Rev. Stephen is also a graduate of Kenyatta University (BA Psychology in Counseling) and has a Diploma in Drug and Substance abuse from the Presbyterian University.
Rev. Stephen Njoroge is married to Mary Nduta and they have three children, Ken, Joan and Purity. He has been called by Imani PCEA Church, Lowell to serve as its minister. His induction into that position and charge will take place on Sunday, June 1, 2014. The Service of Induction will start at 11 am.
The Rev. Dr. Joseph Kimatu, the former pulpit supply pastor of Imani will officiate and preside over the Induction service. All ministers/pastors are invited to come and assist in this process.
May the hand of God hover over the Inductee, Rev. Stephen and may his grace, peace and comfort be with his family and the entire Imani PCEA community. Please lift up the pastor and the service in your prayers.
